Triisopropanolamine (TIPA) used
as an emulsifier, stabilizer, surfactant, and chemical building block. It can
neutralize pH, stabilize pH and add basicity to a solution. Major applications
include water-based coatings and agricultural products.

and anti-oxidant in metal working, rubber curing as a chain terminator in
